BlockBattle is a multiplayer tetris-inspired game similar to TetriNET where you aquire special items by clearing lines and use those items to attack your opponents or defend yourself.
- MOVEMENT
- Move Left: left arrow
- Move Right: right arrow
- Soft Drop: down arrow
- Hard Drop: spacebar
- ROTATION
- Clockwise: up arrow, a, z
- Counter-Clockwise: x
- Invert 180: d
For you nerds vi keybindings are in effect :)
- For every line you clear, one special item will randomly appear in your field
- When you clear a line that has a special item, it will be transfered to your item queue below the field
- If you clear more than 2 lines at once, extra lines will be added all of your opponents
- To use the first item in your item queue, press the player number of your opponent
- To use an item on yourself, press the ~ key. Your opponents' numbers are displayed next to their names
- Last person standing wins the game
Add - add 1 line to a field
Clear - clear 1 line from a field
2x - multiply the effect of the next item by 2
Night - black out a field for 3 seconds
Pause - pause a player's game for 3 seconds
Nuke - remove all the blocks in a player's field
Switch - swap your field with the target player's field
